My husband and I are renovating our new to us condo. We wanted new door handles that weren't lightweight and easy to open if our hands were full. I ordered one through Home Depot hoping for the best. I am NOT disappointed! My doors, however are wonky and needed longer latches and shorter screws. I sent an email late on Friday before Labor Day, and got a response from Sarah in 5 minutes! By the end of 2 weeks, I had a total of 7 door handles plus the longer latches, and they were able to cut the screws down to size. I am extremely happy all around with McBowery and my new handles!
